1. SPONSOR

Kin Financing World’s Largest $1,500 Check Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Kin Financing, LLC ("Sponsor"), with its principal place of business at 222 Merchandise Mart Plaza, Suite 910 Chicago, Illinois 60654. Questions may be directed to: legal@kin.com.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who, as of the date of entry:

  • Are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
  • Are legal residents of the State of Florida;
  • Are not lapsed, cancelled, or under a notice of cancellation of a Kin Insurance homeowners insurance policy (policies in Florida issued by Kin Interinsurance Network); and
  • Are not employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, or members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses) or household of any such person.

Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 18 June 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 23 July 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes using one (1) of the following methods:

  • (a) Online Entry (Purchase Not Required): During the Entry Period, visit [INSERT URL] (the "Sweepstakes Website"), complete and submit the official entry form with your full legal name, Florida mailing address, email address.
  • (b) Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary — Free Alternative Method of Entry): To enter without visiting the Sweepstakes Website, handprint your full legal name, Florida mailing address, email address, active Kin policy number (if applicable), and the statement “I am/am not a current Kin Insurance customer and a Florida resident age 18 or older” on a plain 3×5-inch card. Mail the card in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: Kin Financing World’s Largest $1,500 Check Sweepstakes, 222 W Merchandise Mart Plaza, Suite 910, Chicago, IL 60654. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 15 July 2026 and received by 23 July 2026. Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, or bulk entries are void.

Limit: One (1) entry per person during the entire Entry Period, regardless of the number of Kin policies held. Entries that are late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, tampered with, or submitted through means not described herein are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Use of automated, robotic, scripted, programmed, or other means to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind.

5. PRIZE DRAWING

On, or about 27 July 2026, Sponsor (or its designated judging organization) will conduct a random drawing from all valid, eligible entries received during the Entry Period to select three (3) $1,500 USD gift card winners. The drawing will be conducted by a representative of Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”)

  • Prize (3 winners): Three (3) prizes of a $1,500 gift card
  • Total ARV of all prizes: $4,500 in aggregate

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash equivalent, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using contact information provided at the time of entry. Potential winners must respond to the notification within five (5) calendar days of the date notice is sent, or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable notifications.
Each potential winner will be required to: (i) execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) within ten (10) calendar days of the date the affidavit is sent; (ii) provide proof of identity (government-issued photo ID); and (iii) provide verification of a Kin Insurance policy where applicable. Failure to timely return any required documentation, or failure to comply with these Official Rules, will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

8. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of such winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and place of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission. Eligible winners agree to be presented with a giant mock-up $1,500 check for promotional purposes.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end of the Entry Period, Sponsor will conduct a drawing from all valid entries received prior to termination.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; or (c) any violation of these Official Rules.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

11. DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited, as a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
This Sweepstakes is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida.

12. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor for administration of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.kin.com/financing/privacy/ Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information for Sweepstakes administration and, unless the entrant opts out, for future marketing communications from Sponsor.

13. FLORIDA FAIR CHANCE LAW

This Sweepstakes is conducted in compliance with the Florida “Fair Chance” law, Section 849.094, Florida Statutes. The total retail value of prizes in this Sweepstakes does not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000.00); accordingly, no registration or bond with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is required under Section 849.094(6), Florida Statutes.
Pursuant to Section 849.094(4)(a), Florida Statutes, the odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will make prize information and the list of winners available upon written request to the address listed in Section 1 for a period of sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
No consideration of any kind is required to enter or win this Sweepstakes. Existing Kin insurance policy status is used solely to determine Current Customer eligibility and does not constitute a purchase or payment for entry. The mail-in free alternative method of entry is available to all eligible entrants as described in Section 4(b).

14. WINNERS LIST

To receive the names of the winners (available after 30 September 2026) send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Kin Insurance World’s Largest $1,500 Check Winners List, Kin Financing LLC, 222 Merchandise Mart Plaza, Suite 910, Chicago, IL 60654. Requests must be received by 30 September 2026.
