When does my policy renew?
We notify you by email at least 50 days prior to the expiration date on your policy. The email lets you know that your renewal is coming and whether there are any changes to your policy terms. In order to see your renewal offer, you must log in to your Customer Portal.

Canceling your policy
Kin Insurance policy cancellations must be in writing and are handled by our customer support team. You can reach a representative by calling 855-216-7674.
